Classic Japanese Motorcycle Brake Hoses

Replacing brake hoses on classic Japanese bikes is always a problem. Generally most people will opt for braided stainless hoses, at the risk of losing originality. The best compromise we’ve found so far is to fit black nylon-coated steel hoses, which at least nod in the direction of original looks, with the added benefits of modern performance.

But that has now changed.

We at The Classic Japanese Motorcycle Brake Hose Company have established contacts with the original Japanese company who made hoses for all the major Japanese manufacturers, and are now importing hoses and fittings for assembly in our workshop. That means we hold patterns for all Japanese hose sets and can re-manufacture brake hoses to perfectly match the original ones on your motorcycle. Hoses can be manufactured from all the major Japanese suppliers - Suzuki, Kawasaki, Honda and Yamaha.

We can also custom make any non-standard hose to your exact specification. Our hoses meet all modern performance standards and can usually be supplied the same day.
